These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern the use of our Services. By using or accessing the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.

If you do not have such authority, or if you do not agree with this Agreement, you must not accept this Agreement and may not use the Services.
If you choose a paid plan, you agree to pay the fees set out in the pricing section. Fees will be collected automatically using whatever payment details providedupon sign up.
You must not interfere or intend to interfere in any manner with the functionality or proper working of the platform and services.
You will indemnify and hold harmless our officers and directors, employees and agents from any and all third party claims, damages, and costs (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of your use of our services in a manner not authorized by these Terms or in a manner that violate applicable law.
You agree not to:
- use the service to impact websites and systems you do not own and operate or to which you have not been given authorized access
- engage in or to instigate actions that may have an adverse effect on the stability and performance of flowabl or other services
- engage in any activity that is intended to harm flowabl's systems, other customers, other systems, or end users of other services and websites
- distribute, publish, send, or facilitate the sending of unsolicited mass e-mail or other messages
- use, or facilitate use of, flowabl in a manner, which violates any applicable law or regulation
We will use reasonable commercial endeavours to ensure that the Service is performed substantially in accordance with the Service specification and in a timely and professional manner.
We will use reasonable commercial endeavours to ensure that any defects in the Service shall be remediated within a reasonable time following a detailed notification of such defect being given by you.
We may choose to set limits on the use of our services through quotas, time limits, and other mechanisms. We reserve the right to take immediate action to suspend or terminate your account if, in its sole and exclusive discretion, you are engaging in activities that violate this agreement. Any termination or suspension may be undertaken with or without notice to you.
During the period for which you are authorized to use the Services, and subject to your compliance with the terms of this Agreement, you are granted a personal, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license, to use the Services for your business or personal purposes according to the service capacity of your account. Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved and no license or right to use any trademark or any third-party is granted to you in connection with the Services.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our officers, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages including, without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, good will or other intangible losses resulting from your access to and use of (or inability to access and use) the Service. In no event shall our total liability to you for any damages resulting from any claim or series of related claims exceed the amount paid by you for the Service within the 12 months preceding such claim or series of claims.
We may terminate your access to all or any part of our services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately. If you wish to terminate this Agreement you may simply discontinue using the service. If you wish to cancel your account (if you have one) you may do so through your profile. You may also request that all your data be deleted. All provisions of this Agreement which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
